Between October 30th and November 7th 2016, ten African representatives from academia, legislature and the third sector visited Argentina to learn about the performance of horizontal accountability in the country.

This report highlights the leasons learned during the study tour. It also gives account of the participants’ profiles as well as of the guests invited to every meeting. These included high profile figures of national politics and public management.
